Updates on “Fractured”
It’s official. Or well, it’s not official yet, but chances are high that my debut novel’s title will change from “Mirror, Mirror” (the working title) to “Fractured”. I actually like the new title more, since it reflects more on the story.
I’ve been very busy with working on Fractured. Or well, all of us have at InkSpell Publishing.
I got back the second round of edits from my editor, and worked my way through them. The second round was tougher and more time-consuming than the first round of edits, but I’m glad it’s done. Phew! By the way, I’d like to give a big shout out to my wonderful editor, Melissa Keir, through here. You rock!
The cover artist for InkSpell Publishing, Najla Qamber, is working on the fifth version of the cover for my book. It’s probably one of the toughest covers she ever made, hopefully not the toughest! I hope the next version turns out great. I’m already very curious, but guess I’ll have to wait to see the result.
It all feels so real now, it’s amazing. Being published was always a dream, but now that dream is becoming reality, and that’s slowly sinking in.
Congrats on your book deal and having an artist make your cover. I can’t wait to see it! Wishing you much success and many more books published. 🙂
Hey- that’s great news on all accounts! Good luck and congrats!
