Some more website updates, upcoming blog tours and releases, and so on.
This post will probably sound like the ramblings of a crazy person. Apologies for that.
Lots of things are going on at the moment, and I’m struggling to keep up with all of it. I didn’t have time to blog about all of it yet either, so hopefully this post will remedy that. Here we go.
Drowning in Fear
Next week, on September 22, is the release day for Drowning in Fear, the next book in lower grade chapter book series, Weirdville. It’s my favorite story in the series so far, and I have tons of fun things planned to celebrate the release.
There will be a release day party through Enchanted Book Promotions, followed with a blog tour starting on September 23. So if you want to participate in the release day party, please sign up here. If you want to sign up for the book tour, please leave a comment on this post here.
There will be a tour-wide giveaway for a $25 Amazon gift card, and if a blogger signs up to review the book, and leaves a review on Amazon, they’ll get entered into a giveaway for a $25 Amazon gift card for reviewers-only.
Also, if you want to find out more about Drowning in Fear, check out the updated chapter books page with a brand new section about the latest Weirdville book.
Indiegogo
One of my publishers, Evolved Publishing, has set up an IndieGogo campaign to help fund more quality work. You can find out more about it here. They’ve also set up an event on Thunderclap to help spread the word about the Indiegogo campaign, so if you want to show some support there, go ahead.
Ind’Tale Magazine
No idea how I forgot to mention this, but in September, I signed on as one of the reviewers for Ind’Tale Magazine. I’m thrilled to join this enthusiastic team, and to do what I’ve always enjoyed doing – reviewing books.
New Book Contract
I signed a contract with InkSpell Publishing for the sequel to my debut YA dark fantasy, Fractured. The sequel will be titled Reflected, and we’re looking at a Summer 2015 release date. I’m so excited to be working with InkSpell again.
